We aim to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme to students starting in September 2018/19 in year 11. The Diploma Programme is an internationally recognized university-entrance qualification which takes two years. It will allow our students to apply to universities all over the world.
Leibniz Privatschule Elmshorn is a candidate school* for the Diploma Programme. This means the school is pursuing authorization to become an IB World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy—a commitment to high quality, challenging education and internationalism and personal engagement. The DP is taught and examined in English.

*Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme or the Career-related Programme (CP). Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.Zurück
